Can I send a courier or taxi to collect my order?

You can send a courier or taxi to collect your order on your behalf. The driver will need to have the order number upon collection and will be required to go inside the bakery to check the order and sign that it is in good condition before leaving.

Our products should always be handled with care and we recommend passing this information on to the driver as we are unable to take responsibility for any damage caused in transit.

We cannot send a member of staff outside with the order to wait for the driver.
