We are Hummingbird Bakery and we love baking cakes, bakes and desserts. With this pure, sweet sentiment, we founded our company and opened our first American-style bakery in Notting Hill, 2004. And so arrived the authentic taste of fresh, American home baking in London. We are delighted to help our guests celebrate and spoil themselves everyday! We offer an incredible range of American-style baked treats. Cupcakes, celebration cakes, brownies, pies, cheesecakes… or perhaps the Monthly Special? Honestly, we don’t think you can go wrong.
Since selling our very first cupcake at our Notting Hill store, we’ve become an iconic brand. We firmly believe our success is down to three simple things: freshly baked goods; high quality ingredients; and staying true to time-tested home baking techniques, just like our mothers taught us.
Our team of resident bakers only offer freshly baked cakes made that very same day… we’re sorry if that irresistible smell is distracting. We delight in serving classics alongside innovative creations and take huge pride in having helped cupcakes and Red Velvet cake rise in popularity here in the UK.
