What happens if I'm not home when you try to deliver?

If nobody is home when the driver arrives to deliver your order, they will call the telephone number provided on the order to try to arrange a safe place or neighbour where the order can be left.

If the driver is unable to reach anybody by telephone and there isn't a safe place to leave the order, it will be returned to the bakery where it can be collected up to close of business the following day. A member of our team will email to notify you if this happens.
