Our Richmond and Islington bakeries are now permanently closed, but no need to worry! If you see that your order is coming from one of these locations, it's because we use this for our reference when mapping delivery areas and your order will still arrive...
If our team are unable to deliver your order directly or leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place, it will be returned to the bakery where it can be collected the following day. Look out for an email from our Customer Care team with more information...
We can do this but many concierge desks are unable to accept delivery of perishable items so please check with them first before you place your order.
If the address is within our delivery zone, we can deliver. When ordering to a hotel, we recommend checking first if the order can be left with reception when the driver arrives to deliver within the delivery slot chosen.
